Host Your Own Private Retreat
$1,550 Thursday–Sunday + 3.95% tax
Additional day: $300 + 3.95% tax
Early check-in/late checkout: $20 per hour + 3.95% tax , up to 2 hours each, when available
$200 deposit (not taxed).
Hosted Retreats
Thursday–Sunday: $325 per person + 3.95% tax
Friday–Sunday: $255 per person + 3.95% tax
Includes meals, gift, prizes, crafting space and lodging
Open Crafters Retreats
Thursday–Sunday: $195 per person + 3.95% tax
Reserve your own spot and enjoy a crafting getaway with other crafters. Everyone has their own crafting space and can spend the weekend working on whatever they love to create.
Booking & Deposit
A $200 deposit is required to secure your dates. Your reservation is not complete until the deposit is paid and the rental agreement is signed.
Payment Schedule
One-half of the rental balance is due 90 days before your retreat.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before your retreat.
Cancellations
More than 90 days before your retreat: $200 deposit is forfeited.
60–90 days before your retreat: deposit plus 50% of the rental amount is forfeited.
Less than 60 days before your retreat: all payments are forfeited.
Any refund due will be issued within 30 days.

Thursday check-in: 11:00 AM
Sunday check-out: 2:00 PM
Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $20 per hour + 3.95% tax, up to 2 hours each, with prior approval.
Hosted Retreats:
Thursday–Sunday: Check-in Thursday at 2:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: Check-in Friday at 1:00 PM
